Proper bit of craftsmanship this. Photos don't do it justice, the carving is deeper than I expected and it's heavier than it looks. Straight up on the wall of my bar.

Got the St George for my dad's 70th. He's ex-army and hard to buy for — safe to say this is the best gift I've ever got him. The burnt edges are stunning in person. Took a couple of weeks to arrive but worth the wait.

The wood is sourced from local suppliers. The stains, finishes, and hardware are UK-made. Every cut, every char, every sanded edge is done by hand.

🔥 Pride of place above the fire
Bought this for my husband - 22 years in the army and impossible to buy for. He went quiet when he unwrapped it, which from him says everything. It's gone straight above the fireplace and honestly it makes the whole room. You can see the brush strokes and the carving up close, nothing like a printed one.

Best thing on my bar wall
Put it up in my home bar next to the dartboard and every single mate who's come round has asked where I got it. Proper solid wood, heavier than you'd think, and the burnt spiked end looks unreal with the lights on. You can tell a real bloke made this and not a factory. Worth every penny

Better than the photos
Just opened it this morning with a brew - couldn't wait to take a photo. Packaging was superb, wrapped like it actually mattered to someone. It's a bit smaller than I imagined so do check the measurements, but the quality is beautiful, the carving is so much deeper in real life. It's a 70th birthday present for my dad, ex-forces - I know he's going to be emotional. Would order again
